USA Flex is carrying a 28.8 v.34 28.8 fax modem card from Aspen
Peripherals for $115. Specs listed as:

ITU-T V.34 compliant, 28.8K bps data/14.4K bps S/R fax, supports
V.FastClass, v.32bis, MNP 2-4/V.42, MNP 5/V.42bis data compression, error
correction.
