HSP Micromodem Driver WinXP

Anyone point me to the correct driver for a PCTel HSP56 Micromodem DAA modem
for use with Windows XP?

Tried the obvious.  XP will not recognize the modem.

Motherboard is a PCChips M758LMR v1.8 with 2 PCI, Socket 370.  Has onboard
CMI audio and supposedly onboard modem.  The modem is a DAA type that sits
on the motherboard surface through a 12 pin direct connection.

Help!

NM, I found the correct driver after and it's working fine now.

Problem also was worsened by failing to install the driver correctly using
the device manager driver update process.

1. HSP MicroModem 56 drivers? where?

Where do I get driver updates if there are any?

I have a HSP MicroModem 56 PCI winmodem I got cheap from www.pcmall.com
I tried it in 2 different W98 computers , the modem hangs for 45 seconds
when I click disconnect everytime.
It also disconnects by itself at times.
I checked at www.pctel.com but they have no links to
HSP MicroModem 56 PCI so I am stuck.

Thanks,
