Help upgrading hard drive

Post by Marble Hea » Sat, 08 Jul 2000 04:00:00

I want to replace my 4-gig hard drive with a 9-gig hard drive, and use
the 4-gig as the swap disk.  I know how to change the partitions, but I
don't know how to copy the files properly.

- vdump/vrestore - advfs

If you can install the two drives at the same time, use "man restore" to
read command for copying file systems directly from disk to disk.
It's written near to the end of the explanation of command.
