I'm using a CompactFlash card in a AMD SC520 based Embedded system and I
need to do a fdisk partitioning on the CF-disk in my Bios but I cant
find any
good information about the MBR stuff. I know it's stored in the first
512 bytes
of sector 0 track 0 and that all I know need more info pls.

What has the BIOS to do with that ?
