Running out of inodes...

Running out of inodes...

I have a netbsd -current installation with a 71 gigabyte /usr slice.
I've only used about 3.1 gigs of that, but my inode usage is already at
100%:

Filesystem    Size    Used     Avail Capacity    iused   ifree  %iused  Mounted on
/dev/wd1g     71G     3.1G       64G     4%   18606718       0   100%   /usr

Now, I realize there isn't much I can do now to clean that up (other
than delete files), but I'm wondering how I could format that slice so
make more efficient use of my disk space?
