Netbooting 1.5 on Digital Alphastation 255

Post by Andi Machove » Tue, 13 Mar 2001 07:06:19

I wanted to install NetBSD 1.5 on my Digital Alphastation 255 via BOOTP.
The BOOTP/TFTP thing works fine but I get a kernel trap during bootup.
Same thing worked without problems with NetBSD 1.4.1.

I also tried the 20010224 Snapshot and got the same results.

Any advice for this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Andi M.

PS:

Here ist the full listing of the boot messages:
