If you already have magic-filter-0.3 there is no need to update as this
release only fixes the example config script which used to exploit a
bug in case statement pattern matching in bash1.12. With bash 1.13
case targets containing spaces and wildcards should have the spaces
quoted with \ rather than the whole pattern quoted with double quotes.
