Fast Growing, State-of-the-art Technology Company seeking Best and Brightest
System Software engineers to help in testing of new Super-Scalar
Microprocessors:

DV Engineer

Develop simulation tools, verification programs and simulation of these programs
to verify the design of super-scalar microprocessors.  Knowledge of C, C++
Verilog, Perl and prior experience with processor verification are necessary.
Requires a BS/MS in EE/CS or equivalent and 2+ years experience.  Knowledge of
logic design is preferred.

DIAGNOSTIC SOFTWARE/FIRMWARE ENGINEER

Design and develop diagnostic  software products including scan-based diagnostic
processor Firmware, Standalone Diagnostics (kernel/device drivers/tests) and
On-line Diagnostics.  Good software development skills, knowledge of UNIX OS and
device drivers, and an understanding of hardware design and diagnostic
algorithms are necessary. Requires a BSEE/BSCS and 2+ years experience in sw/hw
development.

Job Responsibilties:

This engineer will play a key role in implementing support for
the SMB/CIFS (Server Message Block/Common Internet File Services)
protocols in a functional multiprocessing environment.

The implementation will be in a Unix environment, but will rely
heavily on this person's expertise in Windows NT systems programming
and the SMB/CIFS protocols.  The ideal candidate would have worked on
products such as SAMBA or AS/U (Advanced Server for Unix, which is AT&T
technology).

Responibiltiies will include design, implementation, testing and
performance analysis.

Qualifications:

BS/MS in CS/CE.

At least three years of relevant experience.

Proven expertise in Windows NT systems software development.

Familiarity with Windows systems APIs, filesystems, networking and    
   administration issues is required.

Knowledge of the SMB/CIFS protocols is strongly desired.

Experience with Unix development is a strong plus.

Strong analytic skills.

This person must have good communication skills.
