Fortran callable graphics library

Fortran callable graphics library

Post by G. Hugh Son » Mon, 14 Feb 2000 04:00:00

I am looking for a library of scientific graphics plotting program
which is callable directly from FORTRAN 90 on a platform of
Alpha/Linux.

DISLIN is nice except that it is not distributed in Source form.
The binary distribution for Linux/Intel is free.  But there is no
Alpha/Linux distribution.

PLplot version5.0 fits the bill.  But where can I find the source?
Web search gave the manual page instantly.
The manual page has some old information written in 1994.
Unfortunately, dino.ph.utexas.edu (128.83.179.86) is not reachable
from here.

Best regards,

I just visited the above URL. They were setting up a new apache web
server. Maybe you have to try it later, when they have their machine
back online.
