gperf on alpha

gperf on alpha

Hi

I have problems running gperf on the alpha. Compiling egcs asks for it
For now I just run gprf on a 586 mounting the alpha disk but this is
not the most desired solution.

Egcs will try to run gperf if c-gperf.h is out of date with respect to
c-parse.gperf.  In snapshots and distributions this normally is not the case
- however, due to the way snapshots are built, the timestamps sometimes might
be out of order.  Try `touch'ing c-gperf.h and continue `make bootstrap' to
see if this helps.

Groeten,

1. "gperf" where?

Does anybody know where the executable and man page of gperf are?
I could find source code but GCC 2.6.3 cannot compile it due to somthing
in netsted class definitions.

Thanks in advance.
