by I just upgraded my kernel from 2.2.10 to 2.2.15 and now only root
could get netscape running. Other users just got hang or better the
netscape processes go to sleep. With strace I was able to see that the
following happens:

sigreturn( <unfinished ...>
and nothing else happens. I had run this state for two hours!. Under
root or 2.2.10 netscape is up after at least 1 min.
I use a RH5.2 on a Noname
