1. 402 Genie protocol. Am I getting hacked?
I'm getting someone hitting my redhat box with port 402 via UDP. What are
they trying to do?
I've only found that it is the Genie Protocol, but I can't find anywhere
what possible uses there are for it, to find out if someone is trying to
hack me, or they just have some software running that shouldn't be.
My setup is Redhat 6.2 with all security patches, running IPChains firewall
script, and Snort for packet tracking.
Any help is appreciated.
