IPNat and FTP

We are having a wierd problem with ftp through IPNat

List of active MAP/Redirect filters:
map ne3 10.0.0.0/8  -> 209.47.40.39/32  proxy port ftp ftp/tcp
map ne3 10.0.0.0/8  -> 209.47.30.39/32  portmap tcp/udp 10000:60000
map ne3 10.0.0.0/8  -> 209.47.30.39/32

The client machine (10.0.0.6) can tracert fine (Its running NT.  Yuck)

When running (Start/Run/FTP) to a machine it can see using tracert
it just sits there.

The 10.0.0.6 machine has its route set to the openbsd machine.
Web browsing works fine.

Any Ideas?

Could it just be a typo where you typed the IP address incorrectly on
the ftp proxy line?

Is there any reason your first map statement maps out to
209.47.__40__.39 rather than 209.47.__30__.39 like the other two?

[for the benefit of deja.com searchers of the future]

I was informed by email that I won the prize.  The 40 was a typo.  :-)

1. ipnat questions: proxy port ftp ftp/tcp raudio

Per JP's suggestion my ipnat.rules file contains:
#/etc/ipnat.rules
map net0 192.168.10.0/24 -> 216.93.126.13/32 proxy port ftp ftp/tcp

I did look at the man page for ipnat.1 and ipnat.1 and ipnat.4 and at
the how-to and did not find the answers.

Questions:
1) I know (?) that proxy tells ipnat to use a ftp proxy (ok, what does
it mean?)
2) what do "port" "ftp" and "ftp/tcp" mean

The how-to mentions the real audio proxy, "raudio".  Do I just ad this
to the map line ?
