According to the /proc/pci file, the modem is 1039:7013. This is
Silicon Integrated Systems Softlink 56kb voice modem.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to which modem driver I can use,
and if so where can I obtain it?
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.

1. Bestdata Modem with Redhat 7.3
Called Bestdata support, but they don't offer anything further than
the trouble shooting guide on the CD. So any help on the following
config would be appreciated:
- Modem
Bestdata 56SX-92 external
- Product CD version number
4.0
- Computer manufacturer
IBM desktop Intel P2/300, 256mb
- Operating System
Redhat Linux 7.3
- Internet Service Provider
AT&T Worldnet
- Problem:
I authenticate and connect at 57kbps. I obtain a dynamic IP address.
However, can't access the web. Can't ping a public IP address (my DNS
server and other IP's).
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
