I recently installed an additional 128MB of RAM on my Red Hat 6.2 (PC
based) system. How can I make sure that RH recognizes and utilizes all
256MB? Thanks in advance for any help...

To see how much memory is available:
'cat /proc/meminfo'
To force the compuer to use all your RAM if it isn't already add
the following line to your lilo.conf in the section under 'image=':
append="mem=256m"
-S

and run lilo :-)Quote:> To force the compuer to use all your RAM if it isn't already add
