Just Use vi(TM). Just Use Emacs(TM). Learn how to type. Find a good sample
script someplace, hack on it, make it wonderful. Rejoice and be glad.

Ok, so that's a bit excessive, but he asked for an X-based management
tool. If it needs gnome, then that would pull in all the CORBA
libraries too.
