I must do something like static NAT in my firewall.

so address 100.100.100.100 -> 192.168.100.100
                 100.100.100.101 -> 192.168.100.101 an so on.

This is for the Videoconferencingsystem.

Can I do something like this?
I'm doing masqerading now.
So one external address for many internal.

Any ideas?

iproute package allows one to do this. NAT configuration is explained in
documentation provided with the package.

Or upgrade to kernel 2.4, that one has full NAT functionality (or use
freebsd)
