concrete.sty for 2e

beton package in macros/latex/contrib/supported

1. Where do I get euler.sty and concrete.sty

I have installed Latex2e and I answered yes to everything, now
according to the LaTeX companion, I sould be able to use the packages
euler.sty and concrete.sty to use the Euler math fonts and the Concrete
roman fonts respectively. Can I heck, these two files appear to be
missing, I have gone through the installation again, extra carefully,
and these files are not generated (thought the corresponding .fd files
are). To add to the confusion pandora.sty is generated. I have looked all over, and can only find concrete.sty, and this is a rather old Latex2.09
NFSS1 file. I have a feeling that these should be generated by the
install process. Anyway where do I get/how do I generate these files.
