List of Author Publications?

List of Author Publications?

Hello,

I need to generate a page with list of author publications.

It would be nice if I just had to do something like /cite from the bib
database. Thus saving the trouble
of having to manually enter the publications.

However, I need the entires to appear inline (so that I can list the
full entires in the text).
Also, it would be nice if the author publications appeared as they would
in the bibliography with
the same .sty I am using. Also, I don't want the author publications to
appear in the bibliography unless
I choose them too be via /nocite.

A few options I see are:

1. inlinebib: But this may affect my bib styles, will put the author
publications in the bibliography and may/will
not work with my bibliography style.

2. multibib: perhaps this could be adjusted to make the author
publications appear as a "fake" bibliography.
I would have to be able to change the page title to "Author
Publications" and make sure the ieeebib.sty
style I am using still holds.

3. Just go ahead and manually create them

Has anybody come across this situation before?

List of Author Publications?

Hi Micheal,

Yes I encountered the same situation, and due to the very short time I had,
I just generated my publication items with bibtex (alpha.bst style) with
\nocite command in a *.tex file. Then I simply copy/paste the items in the
*.bbl file in a separate file *.tex file. You also have to modify the
\bibitem into \item. My publication file looks like this :

%
\chapter*{Liste des publications}
\label{chap:travpubl}
%
\markboth{LISTE DES PUBLICATIONS}{}
\newcommand{\etalcharb}[1]{$^{#1}$}
%
\begin{list}
{}{\setlength{\labelwidth}{5em}%
\setlength{\labelsep}{1em}%
\setlength{\leftmargin}{6em}}%
%
%\nocite{sagnaEFTF96}
%
%\bibitem[SDBT96]{sagnaEFTF96}
\item[{[SDBT96]\hfill}]
N.~Sagna, G.~Dudle, P.~Berthoud, and P.~Thomann.
\newblock Continuous extraction mechanisms from a {C}s magneto-optical trap.
\newblock In {\em Proceedings of the 10th European Frequency and Time Forum,

\end{list}

Does there exist a BibTeX style file for producing a publication list of a
given author? My main purpose is to produce a publication list of my own
papers to be included in resumes etc.

The requirements for a such list are:

1) Dividable for sections (f.ex. Conference papers, Journal papers, Others).

2) Not including the author names. The entry should be something like:
[#]    title, Journal, year etc. (with "another author(s)").

3) The order of references should be from older to newer one (or vice versa).
E.g. not an alphabetical order.

4) Capable to produce also annotated entries.

I know "bibunits.sty", but it solves only the first requirement.
