You have posted this message many times to many different groups. The
reason you _haven't_ received a reply yet is that the groups you
posted to have *NOTHING TO DO WITH WINDOWS NT*

Please stop posting here.

You probably should be posting in the comp.os.ms-windows.* hierarchy
of newsgroups, and not in the comp.os.linux.*, comp.unix.* and
comp.lang.c newsgroups.

Well, usually Cable Modem ISP's such as Road Runner block port 25(I think)
or which ever one SMTP uses.  So that's probably why your mail server isn't
working.  But,

WHY DO YOU POST NT QUESTIONS ON THE FREEBSD NEWSGROUP!!!!!
