1) download itQuote:> Hi,

# gzip -d mosfet-liquid0.9.X.tar.gz < Replace X with correct version number
# tar xvf mosfet.liquid0.9.X.tar
# cd mosfet.liquid0.X.X
# configure --prefix=/opt/kde3
# make
# make install
(BTW: RTFM! or rather RTFIOTWP (RTF Instructions On The Web Page)!! :-)
(OK OK, you probably did that and it didn't work 'cuase the
--prefix=/opt/kde3 bit isn't mentioned anywhere, but then you should've
said "HELP! I followed the instructions on the web page and it doesn't work
in SuSE 8.0!!" - now it just looks like you're lazy!)

to "unzip" a gziped tar ball:
tar -xzf [file]
that does both operations in one step. THe z is for piping it through
gzip. i or j (j seems to be the newest way of doing it for whatever
reason) will pipe a bziped tarball through bzip to extract the files.
I just thought I'd point that out.
1. Compiling Mosfet's Liquid KDE theme
I'm getting the following while trying to make the FreeBSD port of the
Liquid KDE theme. Any ideas?
FreeBSD 4.3-RELEASE
QT version 2.3.1
X version 4.1.0
KDE version 2.2
