KDE 2.0 error

KDE 2.0 error

Post by Richard Spandi » Sat, 13 Jan 2001 04:07:00

I successfully got KDE 2.0 to run under SuSE 6.3... or so I thought. When I
try to run kmail, for example, I get the following error:

error in loading shared libraries /opt/kde2/lib/libkhtml.so.3 : undefined
symbol: _eh_rtime_match

Any clues?

1. KDE 2.0 - error msg

I downloaded the source (.bz2) files for all packages. After tar xvf
kdesupport, ./configure gave the following error msg.
"Checking for X...Configure: error: Can't find X includes. Please check
your installation and add correct path."

Then, I included /etc/X11R6/include to the PATH env var. Still the
error msg is the same.

Please help me where I am doing wrong and help installing KDE2.0.
Thanks a lot.
