Hi
Are there any way that I can change the "K" logo that are displayed in
KMail when you choose the fancy headers?
I would like to have cutom logo's of my choice.

So just change $KDEDIR/share/apps/kmail/pics/kdelogo.xpm for system wide
change, or create your own logo in
$HOME/.kde/share/apps/kmail/pics/kdelogo.xpm

if you you really want it, just recompile KMail with this patch.
Grab sources for kdenetwork 2.2.2, cd to kmail, execute
$ patch < kmreaderwin.patch
build and install kmail.
Now it looks for xmp image named as the sender.
Eg. if you recieve a message with from field:
it looks for "honzik.png"
Might not be the best thing to do, but people sometimes send mails from
different locations so you may get the same picture for all kinds of headers
etc.
But if you get mail from another person
you loose. :-)))))
You may place your custom pictures either in
$KDEDIR/share/apps/kmail/pics
or
$KDEHOME/share/apps/kmail/pics
If you prefer xpm format over png, change it in patch file before applying.
Have fun,
Lada

Hi
Does anyone remember where the graphic file that is displayed when you use
"fancy headers" in KMail is located?
I thought I knew, but it seems that I have forgotten it.
