Hi,

Is it posible to turn off the popup menu which appears down right  when you
mark a valid inernett adress?

To be more verbose.

In your panel (kicker) lives a small applet callet klipper.
It manages your clipboard (keeps history) and also it checks if URL was
copied and in such case offers you list of actions.

You can right click on its icon (small notepad with small K on it) and
deselect "Actions enabled".

Alternatively you can close whole klipper if you don't use it. In KDE2.X
with some QT versions klipper cause serious slowdown of whole KDE.
