I am using kmail with Mandrake 9.0. I have 2 internet accounts with
different ISPs. If I try to send a message with an attachment via either
one, nothing happens. The kppp details graph shows short sequences of
outgoing packages only. The attachments have been JPEG images encoded base
64. Messages without attachments go OK.
Any ideas please,

Despite setting my SMTP server in KMail settings I still get:

Why is it trying to use a local server ???
