problems with Norwegian keyboard

Post by Luca Passan » Wed, 03 Mar 1999 04:00:00

Hallo, I have installed Linux Mandrake 5.3.

Even thought the Linux console reads my Norwegian keyboard OK, KDE
is still set to the US keyboard.
Looked in the control panel, but the keyboard conf part did not
offer any way to change this setting.
Anyone here who knows which conf files KDE uses for the keyboard?

thank you

Luca

1. Help with Norwegian keyboard

Hi,

keyboard. My locale is Norwegian, and I can get the other norwegian
characters, but there is not much use in a keyboard that can't write
e-mail addresses. My keyboard is a Logitech Cordless Natural Pro. If
someone could mail me a solution I would be really pleased. Afterall it
would be sad to leave Linux and prefer Windows for a single sign......
