Has anyone else had any problems with the Kicker dying unexpectedly for no
apparent reason?

I can restart it and everything, but sometimes it just dies just for the
sake of death...

TIA.

I've come to conclude the that the only time I DID have a real problem, at
least thus far, was by starting at init 4 (graphical login) on Slackware.

Anyone else use graphical login and have the same problem?  I don't seem to
have it when I use the text login.

I did check the kdm logfiles and had this:
AUDIT: Sun Aug 18 20:40:10 2002: 113 X: client 2 rejected from local host
AUDIT: Sun Aug 18 20:40:10 2002: 113 X: client 3 rejected from local host

AUDIT: Sun Aug 18 20:40:10 2002: 113 X: client 2 rejected from local host

Trying to figure out why this occurs, but that gets logged whenever I crash.
