I have a problem upgrading to KDE3. I installed all the RPM for SuSE 7.3
with Yast1. At the first start of KDE3 I was ask if I wanna use the setting
of KDE2, I agreed. But now i have no applications in the K-menu.

I have added a testuser account and there I have all the progs in the menu.

So how can I get the programs in my the menu at my standart account (I can
start the progs from the shell).

Or is there a file I can delete, so the system thinks it is my first running
of KDE3 ?

Remove ~/.kde/share/config/kickerrc -- I had the same problem and deleting
(or moving) that file helped.
