kicker error (again)

Ok, kicker crashes whenever i try to start it. As i said in my previous
message, it's not because of antialiasing or any user-specific settings.
These are the errors i get

/usr/lib/qt-3.0.4//plugins/imageformats/libqjpeg.so: Feature JPEG already
defined in /usr/lib/qt-3.0.4/plugins/imageformats/libqjpeg.so!
/usr/lib/qt-3.0.4//plugins/imageformats/libqmng.so: Feature MNG already
defined in /usr/lib/qt-3.0.4/plugins/imageformats/libqmng.so!
libpng error: Not a PNG file
libpng error: Not a PNG file
kdecore (KLibLoader): library libkminipagerapplet.la not found under
'module' but under 'lib'
KCrash: crashing.... crashRecursionCounter = 2
KCrash: Application Name = kicker path = <unknown> pid = 437
ERROR: KUniqueApplication: DCOP communication error!
bash-2.05$ /usr/lib/qt-3.0.4//plugins/imageformats/libqjpeg.so: Feature JPEG
already defined in /usr/lib/qt-3.0.4/plugins/imageformats/libqjpeg.so!
/usr/lib/qt-3.0.4//plugins/imageformats/libqmng.so: Feature MNG already
defined in /usr/lib/qt-3.0.4/plugins/imageformats/libqmng.so!

If you can't help me It'd be useful if you could just tell me if the error
is related to libpng or dcop.
thanks in advance

1. Lots of errors in .xsession-errors when launching xterm from kicker

I put a button for xterm in kicker (with drag and drop from konqueror).
Every time I start xterm from this button I get lots of entries in
.xsession-errors starting with

Invalid entry (missing ']') at /usr/bin/X11/xterm:1
Invalid entry (missing '=') at /usr/bin/X11/xterm:2
Invalid entry (missing ']') at /usr/bin/X11/xterm:5
...

It seems that kicker is expecting a script instead of a binary, but why?
What's wrong with my system? It's KDE 3.0.5, Suse 8.0
