1/16-inch characters on a 19" monitor gives it plenty of space for editing,
but since this thing is "advanced", there must be some way to enlarge the
font.
Does anybody know how to do it?

Thanks Christian. I went over this with a fine-tooth comb 3 times, but I
always ignored highlighting since I have no interest in highlighting.

How I change the font size in kwrite and the embedding text editor of kfm, I
can't find the place.
also, when I make a change of file type associtaion in kfm, I can't save the
change for future session.
The enviroments is KDE2 and redhat6.2.
any hints?
