kde 2.2.2 can't compile kdenetwork

Hello, all
I'm not able to compile kdenetwork, all others compiled (except
kdebindings) without errors.
I get the error:

In file included from ksircprocess.cpp:111:
/usr/include/stdlib.h:604: declaration of `int setenv (const char *,
const char *, int) throw ()' throws different exceptions
../config.h:225: than previous declaration `int setenv (const char *,
const char *, int)'
/usr/include/stdlib.h:607: declaration of `int unsetenv (const char *)
throw ()' throws different exceptions
../config.h:233: than previous declaration `int unsetenv (const char
*)'
make[3]: *** [ksircprocess.lo] Error 1

any ideas? I'm using mandrake 8.1, kernel 2.4.15-pre9, qt-2.3.1 thanks

kde 2.2.2 can't compile kdenetwork

I got the same problem last night - running redhat 7.1. As I dont
particularly need ksirc, I just edited the Makefile and deleted the
references to ksirc (theres two of them), then typed 'make all' as per
normal.

kde 2.2.2 can't compile kdenetwork

Thats what I ended up doing, but I must have something
wrong installed as far as gcc ? cause I don't see this as a common error
people are getting..

1. Configuring kdenetwork-3.1.1: KDE plugins trouble

Hi,

I've succesfully installed kdelibs-3.1.1a, kdebase-3.1.1a and arts.
When trying to compile kdenetwork I get the following error when
running:
# ./configure --prefix=/opt/kde-3.1 --disable-debug
--disable-dependency-tracking
....
checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... configure: error: not
found - you need to install kdelibs first.

Kdelibs is installed and working fine (as far as I can check).
qtconfig has the paths to the plugin directories for KDE. What can be
the problem?
Any help greatly appreciated.
I've compiled everything with gcc-3.2.1:
# gcc -v
Reading specs from /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.2.1/specs
Configured with: ../gcc-3.2.1/configure --prefix=/usr --enable-shared
--enable-threads=posix --with-slibdir=/lib --enable-__cxa_atexit
--enable-clocale=gnu
Thread model: posix
gcc version 3.2.1
