My system and it's Sendmail is   " SMI-8.6/SMI-SVR4"
I want to have attack information about it.
Information is attack source code and attack method.....

I will use this information for security study..

The main problem with this main server is that it works as
an anonymous remailer. It is hopelessly broken, cannot be
fixed and should be replaced immediately.

1. sendmail help 5.x/SMI-SVR4

I have sendmail 5.x/SMI-SVR4 running under solaris x86. Everything is working
fine except for outgoing mail. When mail is sent out the domain name is
stripped off leaving only the hostname. This causes mail to bounce when someone

I tried a few changes to the sendmail.cf file with no luck. Has anyone see
this before?
