MOL, snooze, and inccorect times...

Post by Randall Skelto » Fri, 14 Sep 2001 06:33:33

Hi all,

Has anyone noticed peculiarities with MOL date/time settings after a
machine is snoozed in linux?  At the moment, when I put my laptop to sleep
in linux and find that I loose the time from MOL?

I am running: YDL 2.0, 2.4.4 kernel, MOL 0.96 (both kernel + MOL compiled
from source) on a powerbook G3 'Wallstreet'

Given that I'm using IP masquerading, is it possible to run a network time
sever in Linux and sync to it?

Thanks in advance,
Randall

1. mol problems update (was: about to give up on MOL)

For some reason, my System.map for 2.2.18 was not correct.  I let MOL make one.
Now, I can get this far, which is as far as I got with
2.2.15-presomething

Now, MacOS starts up and gives me a system map inconsistent error.  Here
is what is happening in the MOL terminal window:
