A few years ago, I know that someone was making an optical three-button
mouse for ADB that looked exactly like the Sun three-button (squarish
shape, three oval buttons, the same metallic mouse platen). Does anyone
know if this is still available, and from whom? It is _not_ the one you
can find with a web search under Good Systems.

It doesn't match your descriptions, but Mouse Systems did make an ADB
version of their optical mouse. I don't know offhand if they still make
the ADB version, but I did see the serial/PS-2 version just the other day
in Micro Center.
