I bought "using linux", (732 pgs) by Bill Ball, QUE-Macmillan, isbn
0789716232, and it served me well. it is clear, detailed, and up to date.

Can anyone suggest a good book that would explain/outline how to configure
Linux.  I will use either LinuxPPC or MkLinux, is there any major
