I've used a Mac 7200/90.
I installed LinuxPPC as the base OS. That'll get you the Kernel and your
basic binaries. Maybe even X (don't hold your breath, tho). the 7200
runs pretty well in text mode.
Yellow Dog Linux has more packages (compilers and such), and I've
installed the packages from that dist to make my system more robust (such
as a 7200 can be!)

I'd like to know whether everything is working fine before
I order the CD-ROM.
