Brian,
I also have an IXMicro Ultimate Rez 8MB - but I have never been able to
get that to work while booting off the CD. Even booting the CD with
Kenel arguments to the IMS Twin Turbo - I have never gotten it to work -
once I remember I did - but that was after and install with the internal
video on an 8600 - making sure to boot not in X switching to runlevel 3?
- then switched it to the ixMicro card - then messed around with
xconfig. But as I said - I can't remember what I did and what I used -
It was over a year ago with LinuxPPC 1999 Q1 or Q2 or so.
If anyone else has a solution - some of us would like to hear it. If I
get time - I'll try that again - I do remember having it working - but
for the life of me - I need to start writting these things down.
