lenght.

Not accounts, but aliases. See your documentation of MMDF. You can for
example enter an alias like

or whatever you want. If the part behind the : (colon) contains another
long (mail) user name, no problem.

Well, if that's a question, the answer is "kinda". You cannot create a
login account on SCO with more than 8 characters in it, but you can
create aliases for that login name to your heart's content. My login id
is jharris, but I could create an alias so that you could send me mail
addressed to John_R_Harris, if I were so inclined...
