We have a weird TCP/IP problem with one of our new 486 platforms running
SCO Open Server 3.0. When pinging the new platform, the ping hangs after
successfully sending 260-300 packets of 64 bytes. Sometime pressing crtl+C
will help resuming the pinging. Then the problem come back again after
sending 260-300 packets.
Similar situation for rlogin to the new platform and editing a file.
The rlogin session hangs after some random period of time.
We tried to swap network cards but still wouldn't help.
Any suggestion would be greatly appreciate.
daily usenet access.
Thanks in advance.
