Wen we wont install unix 3.4.2 on pentiumIII an HD IBM13GB , we put
boot diskette, but we do not see promt: <<boot>>.

Time to upgrade, my friend ! SCO Unix 3.2v4.2 is a rather
old dinosaur which is pushing up daisies (in italian sounds
like "morto e sepolto") which won't install over such a beast.
If you really really want to use it, please consider the
following TA from SCO :

Alternatively, what about upgrading to SCO OpenServer 5.0.5
and/or UnixWare 7 ?

We need more info, Is the 13GB HD is IDE or SCSI, if SCSI what kind of
controller you are using, if IDE get your drive parameters, change drive
type user define in CMOS to 1024 CYL - 16 HD - 63 SEC and try to boot
from N1, if you get boot go thru the installation at drive configuraion
modify your CYL - HD - SEC to actual parameters.
