I'm building 3 new 504 servers and have noticed that the 3Com 3C905 is
no longer available. The newer version from what I have heard is not
compatible with SCO.
What's a good card to use that has built in support with 504.

1. what's the latest stable release with good networking code?
I'm currently running Linux pl13 on my ThinkPad 750; and I need to be
able to talk to our campus Ethernet with it. Because our net is such
a swamp it is very unreliable with the net code in pl13, so I wanted
to install a later version. But on a couple of releases of pl14 I've
tried, the machine just gets wedged at random. Nothing works then but
to power-cycle it.
So is there a Linux release that has recent networking code, but
doesn't get wedged?
thanks,
