HELP! SCO UNIX 3.2v2 on Pentium 120

Post by Joseph L. Ostr » Sat, 07 Oct 1995 04:00:00

My administrator is having trouble installing SCO UNIX 3.2v3 on a
Micron Pentium 120 with a Conner CFS540A 540MB IDE hard drive and
32MB RAM.

Installation appears to procedd normally through dkinit, fdisk, and
divvy.  The disk is initialized and the program prompts me to replace
the N1 (boot) disk in the floppy drive and press enter.  Instead of
continuing to install the operation system on the hard disk the
program loops back to the beginning and starts over. HELP!

Thanks in advance.

Install this driver in the BIOS with the following geometry:

1024 cylinders
16 heads
63 sectors per track

See how you go then.
