For some reason, Open Server 5 doesn't include the "standard"
formatting programs needed to view man entries:

man: warning: can't write in /usr/man/cat.1
Stand by: formatting page
Text processing tools (tbl, eqn, nroff) not installed on system

Is there someplace where I can find the source code for these?

This was asked yesterday, and I answered it yesterday.

Mike,

SCO does not provide *roff utilities with any of the more
recent Operating Systems it produces.  However, you can
get the GNU groff distribution from:

        ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu

This will provide you what you need to view *roff formated
files.

UnixWare has always come with nroff and family!  And OpenServer,
stretching back to SCO Unix 3.2.0 (1989), has never come with nroff.
It's not a matter of how "recent" the system is...

Bela,

Right-O!  I keep forgetting about our newest...latest...greatest
product!  I guess I should turn my desktop into a Unixware system
instead of an OpenServer system.  I won't forget then!  ;-)
