I am installing a new network card on 5.0.4, can I use the SMC 9332 (PCI)
driver for this new SMC 9432 card. Or, is anyone aware of a available
driver for this card? I have not found one under SCO's ftp pub site?

You can find a recent drive in www.smc.com.
(look in unix drives).
I'm installing the same network card on 5.0.4 using that recent
driver but I'm having some problems.
Please tell me if you had any luck.

SMC says don't use the 9332 drivers on the 9432.
Go to ftp.smc.com for new drivers.
I hope it works for you.
I had 2 9432 cards in a HP Netserver LH Pro running UnixWare 2.1.2
I took them out after I discovered they (or the drivers) were locking
up the machine all the time.
