Installing Oracle7.3.3 on Unixware 2.1.3: DBT Package?

I'm installing Oracle 7.3.3 on Unixware 2.1.3 and I get a "DBT Package
is not installed" failure and stops the installation. I've searched in
www.oracle.com and www.sco.com for this "DBT Package" (it would help to
find out what it stood for), and there's no info. Anyone out there have
done this.

BTW, don't ask why Oracle 7.3.3 and why Unixware 2.1.3. I just work
with what I have ;)

1. Error installing Oracle7.3.3 on SCO 5.0.4

Hi,

I tried to install the 60-day trial version of Oracle 7.3.3 workgroup
server (from ftp.oracle.com) onto the single-user, free version of SCO
OpenServer 5.0.4 Desktop System, but encountered the following error
during the installation: (Words in [] are my comments)

---------------------BEGIN----------------------------------

        Starting Oracle7 Workgroup Server Installation...
Starting the Oracle7 Workgroup Server Installation Process....
Linking files. This will take a few minutes.
                Linking /user/install/server to /tmp/linkwg
        Performing Oracle7 Workgroup Server Installation...

[Installation failed at this point with the following message]

A problem occurred with the Oracle Installer. Try reinstalling
it from distribution media. Or, you can provide the following
message to Support to debug the problem:
User Interface Failure: Window System Startup

        Installation Cancelled...

[The following messages are probably caused by the failure at the
previous step]

cp: cannot access/tmp/wgs-ows.ora: No such file or directory (error 2)
chmod: WARNING: cannot access /etc/wgs-ows.ora: No such file
        or directory (error 2)
        ./wgstart.sh: /orainst: does not exist

---------------------END---------------------------------------

It appears that the error was thrown by the "orainst.motif" program
(which is part of the installation programs).
After digging through the installation scripts, there were comments
saying that this error may be due to missing "terminal resource files"
such as tk2cvt100.res required by the installation program. However I've
checked that these files are in the required directories.

I've re-tried the installation several times but the error still
occurred.

My configuration is:
SCO OpenServer 5.0.4 patched with rs504c and OSS459A
Pentium-133 with 64M RAM, 2.5G IDE Harddisk, IDE CDROM, NE2000 LAN
card.

Has anyone encountered similar problem before? Can someone advice on
what might be the cause?
Thanks in advance.
