The following problems are addressed in Technical Articles that appeared on
SCO's websco.sco.com site on 970410.

Some of these TAs are new, others are revisions of prior versions.

os/2884:
PROBLEM:  I need to determine whether Release Supplements 5.0.0c, 5.0.0d,
          and/or the SCO OpenServer Networking Supplement Release 1.0.0
          have been installed on my SCO OpenServer Release 5 system.  These
          are sometimes referred to as "rs500c", "rs500d", and "net100a",
          respectively.

os/2942:
PROBLEM:  I have a machine that has a PCMCIA interface.  I would like
          to connect a device to that interface that can be accessed
          through the SCO operating system.  What is SCO's current support
          of the PCMCIA interface and details on CARD and SOCKET services?

os/3046:
PROBLEM:  When I try to install SCO OpenServer Release 5 on a system that
          has an EIDE hard drive greater than 2GB, the installation fails
          when making filesystems with the messages:

os/3166:
PROBLEM:  When I try to install SCO OpenServer 5 a on system that has
          an EIDE hard drive which is greater than 2GB, the installation
          fails in one of the following ways:

          1. Unable to detect ROOT file system.      

          2. An error message "NOTICE: ram: No space on device on
             device 31/50" occurs after completing the screen with the
             time zone.

          3. An error message "Exit value: 1 Status Value: 256" from IQM
             is seen.

          4. File Systems which are greater than two gigabytes (2 GB)
             cannot be checked with "fsck" and may not be fully usable.

          5. The bad track table overflows when the bad tracking option is
             set and the size of IDE hard drive exceeds two gigabytes (2 GB).

os/3253:
PROBLEM:  What is Support Level Supplement (SLS) UOD453A, the Hard Disk
          Controller BTLD Supplement with support for additional HD BTLDs
          and how do I install it?

tcpip/443:
PROBLEM:  The libsocket library for SCO UnixWare Release 2.1.1 has problems
          that impact the access and transfer of files.

tcpip/454:
PROBLEM:  The libsocket library for SCO UnixWare Release 2.1.1 has problems
          that impact the access and transfer of files.
