Very Computer

Hi,

I am looking for a good general purpose, preferably pd, terminal
communications program. We currently use term, which is OK for calling
other sites running term. However, it seems to be abysmal when trying to
download files from BBS's or the net.

My choice for general use is ckermit.  I also use xc for clients who
want an easy dialing directory.  We have both on ftp.celestial.com
available for downloading.
