"Panic: K_trap - Kernal mode trap type 0x00000000" HELP

I have a SCO UNIX 5.0.4 running on a
 Proliant 3000 with dual 300MHz
 Raid 5  3- 4.3GB Drives.
12/24 Compaq Tape Drive
4 - Digiboard C/X Controllers
2 - Compaq 10/100 NIC Cards.

I have not done any software or hardware installs on the unit over the last
6 months.  It has been running great.  No problems.  Over the last week
every day the system gets

"Unexpedted trap in Kernal mode"
"Panic:  K_trap - Kernal mode trap type  0x00000000"

I have been getting this two the three times a day.

I have test the hardware and everything checks out.  I called Compaq and
they said everything looks good.

I have tried using the crash with no help either.

Now I have also found that the server is rebooting by itself.  No panics, or
errors to find.  If there is anything on the screen I am never there to see
it.  I would think if teh system reboots by itselfs I have a hardware
problem.  I have tested all the hardware with no error .

Can anyone give me some more ideas or how I  can  fix this problem?

I had the same type of problem on my server.  Look in the SCO Tech Articles
under TA# 107711.
I hope this helps,
