Very Computer

I have a pentium 150Mhz with 48 Mbytes ram (e.d.o), 1Gb hd scsi II, 16
 ports Specialix, and 10 users that
 works togheter, but my system is very slow. Cause when, for example 3
 users work simultaneusoly and I
 lunch a command it is slowly than a 486!!!!. It's Sco Unix sys V
 3.2v4.0n.
 I think that the kernel's  parameters are incorrect. Who can give me
 the appropriate kernel's parameter
 for this configuration ? (HELP ME!)

what does sar -u, sar -r say?
