HELP - SCO ODT 5 and Eudora

Post by Petras Virzint » Sun, 09 Jul 1995 04:00:00

Hi, I finally installed PCI-Interface Ver.2 and got TinyTerm to work over
a TCP/IP link. I also managed to get File Manager on WFWG 3.11 to connect
to the SCO disk. Can anyone explain why using Eudora I keep getting the
message "SMTP host - pchostname not recognised...". If you could give me
a simple checklist to follow I would be grateful.

1. Connecting Eudora 1.4.4 for win3.1 to SCO ODT 3.0

I'm testing Eudora on my win3.1 box to retrieve and send mail to my ODT 3.0
box.  I configured mmdf on SCO.  I'm able to send mail via TCP and Ethernet
without any problem but I'm unable to retrieve it.

Can anyone can give me some pointers for resolving that problem?

Pls reply by mail and to the newsgroup.
